Amazing, have helped my skin and bloating. Easy to take and don’t have a bad taste. Have had no negative reactions so far. Also worth to note to women out there that these can affect your period, personally this has been a good thing as they are less painful and my hormones feel a bit more stable.

Ich hatte mir das Produkt zur Darmsanierung gekauft, da ich laktoseintolerant bin. Ich wollte es nur 30 Tage nehmen, aber da sich meine Laktoseintoleranz tatsächlich besserte und ich auch weniger krank wurde (bzw. ich hatte Schnupfen, aber es ist nix schlimmeres geworden) nehme ich es seitdem durchweg, aber nur immer eine Tablette. Wer größere Tabletten nicht gut schlucken kann, dem ist das Produkt wohl nicht zu empfehlen, ich hab aber keine Probleme und ich hab das Gefühl meine Immunabwehr ist besser geworden. Es ist natürlich nur ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und man sollte noch Vitamine, Mineralien usw. über die Nahrung zu sich nehmen. ;)
