An excellent M1 Abrams
First off, this is WELL worth the price. I was considering laying about $80 for the Cobi abrams when I decided to get this one. The ONLY downside is that there is no ammo included, and one other downside (for tank perfectionists) is that the left turret cheek is not as angled, so the turret is symmetrical (though you can pivot the cheek slightly to somewhat make is asymmetrical). This was easy to build, plays great, has a lot of fun features, looks amazing, and is cheap!

Similar to real Abraham
The little guys are cheesey. But my son loved this!!! Built it almost immediately! My husband works on th tanks and said it’s very similar!

It's kinda Eh
Tedious to put together, but an okay MOC for the price. Brick quality is good. Tracks don't fit well. And minifigs look a little goofy. Good for an adult or older kid, not suitable for someone younger. Good detail, but think I would buy elsewhere if I'm looking for great fitment

Many missing pieces
I got this for my son for Christmas, and as he was putting it together, there are many pieces missing…up to 7 missing pieces right now. That’s insane!!!

Fun M1A1 tank build
This M1A2 battle tank is a pretty easy build with good instructions. They simplify things enough that builders will follow them well. I prefer to have graphics printed on the bricks but the stickers provided work ok. They are the kind that we carefully align then press on and peel back the plastic. Assembling the bottom of the tank I carefully supported it with my hand (on the bottom) while pressing pieces down. Otherwise, we place too much pressure on the wheels which start busting pieces loose. The tank treads go together pretty easily, I assembled them in sections of 10 pieces each. Then attach them to make the full-length tread. There are 128 tread pieces total or 64 for each side. Using 64 tread pieces will make the tracks so loose they fall off so I set some aside to tighten them. So far they have moved easily and stayed in place. The turret is an easy assembly that goes together without issue. The two troops are nice and pack good firepower with a chain gun. include The only problem I see is mounting the turret on the bottom assembly. The pieces do not look like they will mate together like they should. The tank is nice looking fully assembled, I enjoyed it as I get back into doing brick builds.

Nice gift for a Tank Enthusiast
Birthday gift for my almost husband. The M1A1 was his home for 6 years. He loves his tank and is a Lego enthusiast so I thought this would be the perfect gift. He built it pretty quickly. He stated the design and build quality is on par with Lego. It is the perfect size to display in his office. It made him happy and that makes it worth the price to me.

Nice tank
Birthday gift for my husband from his son. Since my husband was a tank mechanic in the military, my son thought it would be a nice gift. My husband is still piecing it together. Came as advertised. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

This is a brick building set that will be familiar to anyone who has assembled kits by a better known brand. I finished assembling this kit over two sessions, probably about 3 to 4 hours in total, though I was distracted at times. I think most people who have experience building sets with this many bricks would be able to build this set. The only part that caused me problems was the step where I put the turret onto the body of the tank. I ended up removing the part that connects the turret to the body, clicked that into place and then reattached the rest of the turret. The tracks take a while to put together and at 64 on each side they are a little long. You could remove a link or 2 but at full length they do stay in place and I am putting it on a shelf to display not playing with it so they shouldn’t fall off. This is a cheaper set but for the most part the pieces are as you would expect though the manufacturing tolerances might not be as exact as with more expensive brands. Some pieces are a little trickier to click together than the similar pieces would be in other brands but they go together with a little extra pressure. I didn’t like the minifigures that came with the tank. They look like they came from a set for a young kid or a toddler and are a little out of place on the tank. But I didn't order this set for the minifigures and the tank more than makes up for them. My only real complaint is that some pieces are a slightly different color. I’m not sure if this is deliberate to add character to the tank or a mistake. It’s not very noticeable when the kit is assembled but it does stand out while building the model. The first time I noticed this I searched for what I thought must be a missing piece on the table. The second and more times it happened I figured it was just the way the pieces were made or bagged. Finally it’s not a World War 2 tank, the M1A2 Abrams went into service in the 1980’s but I guess if you are ordering this set you already know that. I think this would be a nice addition to any collection of brick vehicles.

The kids really like the end result and it looks cool when constructed but it was not easy to build. When following the steps in the instruction manual there are a few steps where you have to handle it SUPER delicately or you will knock off a piece(s) from a previous step. I had to walk away and come back to it a couple times during construction because I was getting slightly frustrated.

My grandson, an avid fan of all things related to military equipment and history, was thrilled to receive the WW2 Army Tank Main Battle Tank model kit. As soon as he opened the box, his eyes lit up with excitement, and he couldn't wait to dive into the 781 piece construction project. What he enjoyed most about this model kit was the level of detail and authenticity it brought to his playtime. The intricate brick design accurately captured the iconic silhouette of the Abrams tank, and the inclusion of two soldier minifigures added to the sense of realism. He took great pride in carefully following the step by step instructions, meticulously assembling each component to bring this impressive military vehicle to life. Beyond the building experience, my grandson found endless opportunities to engage his imagination. He would position the tank on his bedroom floor, reenacting historic battles or imagining himself as the commander leading a charge. The movable turret and treads allowed him to maneuver the tank, further immersing him in the world of military strategy and tactics. However, one minor drawback he encountered was the complexity of the build, which at times required patience and perseverance. While he embraced the challenge, there were moments when he needed assistance from an adult to navigate some of the more intricate steps. Nonetheless, he persevered, taking pride in his accomplishment when the final model stood before him. This WW2 Army Tank model kit has become a beloved addition to my grandson's collection, serving as a gateway to his fascination with military history and engineering. He spends countless hours playing with the completed tank, fueling his imagination and learning about the technological advancements that shaped the course of warfare. It's a testament to the power of educational toys that can ignite a child's curiosity and inspire them to explore the world around them.

I felt that some steps were out of order. For example, loose fitting pieces were added on top, but then you were required to flip it over to add bottom pieces that required a lot of pressure... resulting in the top falling apart and having to be rebuilt. The steps to assemble the two treads are almost none. You are given a total of all the pieces, shown how to attach two to each other, and then left to figure out how many to use on each track. Easy enough I thought, I'll just divide by two. But no, there's an odd number, and as it turned out... extras. So, I had to make modifications to get them on. Also, put on as early as they were made it difficult to hold the body while adding pieces onto it for the following steps. Near the end, you're instructed to put the turret section on top of the main body. It's not clear how it's going to attach as the turntable piece is not too common. Plus, with all the loosely attached pieces and the pressure needed to attach it, again, you're breaking pieces off in the process. The last step of the instructions assembles what I figured out later is a gun. This is intended for one of the little people, made back at the start. I'm not sure why it wasn't part of the instructions then. This is a good kit, but young kids will find some of the above issues frustrating. As a bonus, there were a dozen or so extra pieces along the way, which is always great... who doesn't like extra pieces.
