Heat regulator is substandard. Why the manufacturer is allowed to sale this product. Totally waste of money. Buyers , never go with their price. It is total waste. Best thing no return policy, becoz they know "ek bar kharid lia to fas geya". And amazon, look into the star rating, there is no option to give minus star rating. Introduce it.

the product is already uses by someone, it has scratch at the bottom plate. the safety paper which stick at the bottom of of new iron was missing and black coating was rubbed away because it was used by someone. Material quality is worse, plastic body with unfinished corners and edges and sole size is smaller than normal size. don't buy this product it is not value for money. spend 100 rs extra and go for good brand (Bajaj, nova,orient, etc ).
