Excellent product with just the right combination Of herbs and vitamins for heart health and its Organic!

Made me terrible and gave me an upset stomach. I threw the bottle out.

I got these for the Vit K2 and probiotics and then realized the many of other vitamins they contain. That's ok but with lipid soluble vitamins such as Vit A, D, E, and K we have to be concerned about build-up in the body. It's best to evaluate these in supplements.

This is not only good for cardiovascular health but it also has added support for digestion and immune support. This is one averaged sized capsule that covers a lot of things. The capsule is of average size and is easy to swallow. I like that this has k2,methylated B vitamins, and probiotics. The folate, b6 and b12 all help your homocysteine levels and of course the probiotics are good for digestion. Garden of Life is a quality brand owned by Nestle that makes quality supplements When you are in a hurry or don’t like taking multiple pills this is a good fit.

Pros: Well formulated multivitamin from a well known brand. Easy to swallow. Lots of k2. Liposomal so it is absorbed easily. Noticed alot of energy after taking it. 5/5

This Garden of Life multi vitamin seems very weak. It DOES contain 100% of the RDA of those vitamins that it contains, but it's still pretty weak. It also vegetable cellulose, rice hills and rice bran as excipients. These provide absolutely no benefit to the consumer.

This multivitamin geared towards heart health specifically is made by Garden of Life, a company I trust as I’ve used their products successfully over the years. While I take both Vitamin Code and Raw One, this product is a great substitute for either, especially those who want to concentrate on their heart. It has all the B vitamins plus extra B12. It also has vitamin K, lemon balm, grape seed, and extra bacillus coagulans for digestive health. Love that it’s fermented and uses liposomal technology. I feel great after taking this for the full 30 day supply with no side effects. I highly recommend it as a terrific multivitamin product!
