Nature's Sunshine Harvest Supplement, 450 Grams

I started using this product as a supplement, and I can feel a difference on my health by the third day, my wife likes it also.If you look at the ingredients is mostly made from vegetables and herbs no animal protein here, and that is a good thing.The taste is hard to describe but is really good, I mix it on my nutribullet with sliced apples and banana, you can add celery and other veggies also, the taste is soo good my 12 year old son likes it and he is not a smoothie type of person. I am using this in addition to other pruducts from nature sunshine to treat an overgrowth of candida,and is helping a lot, you will not be disappointed with it, I have tried other protein powders that cost more but this tastes better, makes me feel better and doesn't give me... " a loose " stomach - if you know what I mean like some others.

If you are looking for a protein powder that is not soy based, Nature's Harvest is great! Soy is not a positive ingredient for women to consume due to its proven effects in a womens estrogen levels (increased levels of estrogen have been lead to higher risks of Breast Cancer). Therefore, I had been searching for a plant based, nutrient dense and flavorful protein powder to consume after my workouts. This one is great!!! I cant say that enough. I drink it alone with just water most times and the flavor is great. When I want a little heavier shake, I add veggies and fruit. The package comes with a scope as most protein powders do. If your wondering if it will keep you full? I am an athlete and have a fast metabolism and it keeps me satisfied!! Many times I drink this in the evening after a workout as my recovery drink and dinner all-in-one and I go to bed feeling content and NOT hungry or the heavy stomach feeling that sometimes food makes you feel. Would highly recommend this protein!

Great mixed with orange juice. Can’t believe how much nutrients in one scoop.

I like this product as a meal replacement during the day. You can mix it with fruit, or vegetable juice, or milk, or whatever you prefer. One of my personal favorites is mixing it with coconut water. I don't feel hungry as with so many other meal replacements or protein supplement drinks.

I've tried many and this is the best. I won't use anything else now. The flavor is amazing and the consistency and texture is smooth and creamy.

This supplement makes me feel a lot better when I use it.

This product was just too sweet flavored for me, like a vanilla flavoring No matter what or how much fruits and veggies I added I could still taste the vanilla. It would have been a daily drink if I could get past the flavoring.
