I'm addicted to these for my old fashioneds and Manhattans. 2 cherries and an ice ball and you can't go wrong. I kept jars from buying them in the past. I refill them with this can and save a ton.

If you've never had these, don't buy them. Once you do, you'll never want any other maraschino cherry other than LUXARDO ever again. They are the best.

This is a review for the 105.8 oz (3 kg tin) can. When one thinks of maraschino cherries, one usually thinks of those neon red cherries floating in a juice of high fructose corn syrup. This is not those. These are classic, candied cherries made in a tradition dating back well over a century. If one is a cocktail enthusiast, these cherries are a must. Their flavor is great and enhances any cocktail calling for a maraschino cherry. I have been buying these cherries by the jar for a few years. Each jar costs around $18 at the moment. One of these 3 Kg tins = 7.5 jars, and with a shelf life of 3 years, if you use maraschino cherries on a semi-regular basis, the can is definitely cost effective in the long run as 7.5 jars would cost you $135 if bought individually. I give my full recommendation.

Luxardo cherries are the best! they are expensive but worth it, and buying in bulk does make it a better deal. These were delivered with care, and were wrapped tightly in bubble wrap in a box within another box. I will definitely be buying from them again!

Yes - we like our Old Fashioneds 😆 So got hooked on these a few years ago. Large can so we pour into canning jars with screw on lids and store in the back of the fridge! Sorta like jam or syrup they store forever although we don’t let them sit around very long! You could split the purchase if you’ve got someone that wouldn’t mind dividing them up into jars - the cherries and their syrup are delicious and hold up well - not crispy to bite but not mushy like those pale ones at the store. If you want to bump it up a notch you won’t be disappointed!

I tried posting a very positive review yesterday - but for some reason it was rejected by Amazon. Strange that positive news has become something to be censored.... At any rate, I was a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews posted by others because of dented cans received. Long story short(er) I placed the order and two days later received a PERFECT can with no dents and the plastic lid WAS included. So, very pleased with the purchase. A great deal - much less expensive than buying these a small jar at a time. ***Update*** Months later, we're still enjoying these cherries. I guess you don't realize how BIG this ca is compared to the ~14 ounce jars that the stores carry. We still have at least two full quart Mason jars full. The DO keep perfectly without refrigeration. Apparently, Luxardo Cherries have really caught on, as the prices in the stores continue to increase. I see this big can on Amazon has also increased, but it is still an incredible deal.
