The laptop I received was developed to be sold and was sold in Ghana according to Lenovo. It appears it was then brought back to the US to be sold by this 3rd party in the US. It is not serviceable through the standard US warranty. What a nightmare! I purchased this as a gift for my wife for basic web surfing and minor documentation. She let it sit for 3 months before trying to use it. When she did try to start, it did not power on at all. I have sent it back for service twice now. And as of today it looks like it may be a 3rd time. Don't walk, RUN Away!!!! I can not recommend this seller, nor this product. I've never had issues like this with any other computer purchase. I would give it, zero stars if I could.

A year later - I am still using this laptop as my primary computer. I'm happy with it. I do use a blue-tooth external keyboard/mouse for ease of input - but otherwise - it's all stock. I'll mention, though, the warranty in Lenovo-Vantage software showed that I only had about 8 months left of a 1 year warranty when I bought the laptop. THere SHOULD have been a full 12 months. Have had no issues, though, that needed warranty work in that timeframe.

I bought this laptop to replace my older one that had slowed down over the last couple years. Was hoping for a fast laptop to help me with both my work and personal use, including frequent teleconferences. Quite disappointed in the speed of laptop. Even with a very fast internet, and no problems with other family members’ older laptop speeds, this one is slow. Zoom and Teams meetings are so slow I have to instead use my phone apps. Support tried to be helpful to no avail though I will say working with technical support was a positive experience in that they were fast to respond and did their best to help. Operating system startup is fast, though. Look and feel of laptop is great. Keyboard is smooth and display is crisp. For those using it offline, should be a good laptop but for those using internet heavily and video conferences, may wish to look at other options.

Great Laptop

Great product for a great price! Very easy to move my files and apps from my old Lenovo to this one. Very quick with lots of storage.

When I first bought this, the reviews were decent. It wasn't amazing but it was exactly what I needed...I THOUGHT. In reality this thing upon boot up was running at 100% CPU. It was so slow that it took Updates 10 mins to open. Even after updating nothing saved it. Steer clear of this one. Usually I'm a fan of Lenovo, but they should be ashamed that they have their name on something like this that sells for almost $500 on a normal day. To make sure I wasn't crazy I came here and saw how many people fell for the same scam of a laptop the exact same time as I did. I'm returning it now.
