Will this be big enough for someone 6.3 230lbs

Yes. I am shorter but weigh considerably more. It can fit on shoulders wider than mine, but I take the excess and just wrap it towards the front of the shoulder. It's a great product.

How wide is it measured across the shoulders? My shoulders are 18" wide.

I don’t have it handy right now but it tapers towards the ends. It should fit any size shoulders.

how to microwave moist heat pad?

All microwaves are different but for Me 2 and 1/2 minutes is perfect. Would follow the instructions as you don't want to overheat and ruin it.

What is inside: rice, buckwheat ?

The neck wrap contains the following ingredients: clay beads, flaxseed, buckwheat hull, lavender, peppermint, lemongrass, and chamomile.
