Excellent feel with one easy to fix quirk
I really like this keyboard, but it has one major issue that I was able to resolve. For anyone looking for a full-size keyboard with QMK/VIA support, this is one of the few options available, and it's excellent for my professional work. Unlike the smaller, gamer-focused keyboards that dominate the market, this one has the number pad and cursor keys that I rely on as an accountant. The build quality is impressive. It has a fantastic feel, very similar to the solid, hefty keyboards I used in the 1980s. While some of Keychron's cheaper models have reported issues, I haven't seen any complaints about this series. My only minor wish is that it had more onboard memory for macros. The biggest problem is a very poor design choice by the manufacturer. The keyboard comes with south-facing LEDs for backlighting, but the included keycaps aren't translucent, so the letters don't light up. I can’t understand the reasoning for this. While Keychron sells replacement keycaps, the cost of the caps plus shipping is almost as much as the keyboard itself, which I refuse to pay. Thankfully, there's a simple fix. Many third-party vendors sell compatible, shine-through keycaps, and I easily found a set on Amazon. The new caps didn't change the feel of the keystrokes and even gave me more color options. After this one modification, I now have the perfect keyboard for my needs: a full-size mechanical board with QMK/VIA macros and properly illuminated keys.

Almost perfect
Great keyboard. Big upgrade over my previous mechanical keyboard. I ordered both the super brown and super banana switch keyboard. While the Super banana is suppose to have a heavier force to press down it feels lighter than the super brown switches to me but both feel really good to type with. My only negative would be the LED lights aren't that bright. if they were brighter then this keyboard would be perfect.

Incredible value for price!
This is an amazing keyboard. It’s super friendly on the fingers and it has that perfect ‘thonck’ sound when typing. Also, I love the orange accent keys on the esc and return keys. Totally worth the money especially since it was on sale for $90. Massive value for the purchase! I’ve traded in my Mac keyboard for this beauty. Love the function and capabilities of the 10 key.

Types Great - Annoying Key Repeat On Wireless
The Good Love the typing feel, weight, and build quality. This is nice, heavy keyboard. The Bad Keys sometimes repeat 50ish times for a single press when connected using the wireless 2.4Gz dongle. Happens about once an hour, often enough to make the keyboard totally unusable in this mode. The direct wired connection doesn't seem to have this problem though. No idea on Bluetooth. No shine through on the key caps, the back-lite is basically useless if you are using it to type in the dark unless you buy replacement caps. I think the key-caps are a bit ugly. Would prefer black to two-tone grey.

Great keyboard, bad switches
The keyboard itself is built well and everything feels high quality, except the key switches. I got the tactile (brown) switches and they might as well be linear as there is no tactile bump whatsoever

Amazing somewhat heavy keyboard.
Amazing keyboard. On a heavy side which surprised me in the beginning but it provides such an excellent typing platform and is very responsive and tactile. Love it!

Awful
No shine through, no big deal. South facing back light, big deal. What's the point of having a backlit keyboard if I can't see the characters on the key caps? You would think you could just buy some new key caps the have the shine through, but the backlight is south facing. So, the only option is to buy side facing key caps where I still can't even read what I'm typing. Waste of money.

Great first mechanical keyboard, solid feel and sound
This is my first mechanical keyboard and I’m really happy with it. I got the brown switches, and the typing experience is a big upgrade compared to regular keyboards. The feeling and the click are really satisfying — not too loud, but not completely silent either, which I think is a good balance. The sound quality is great and one of the things I enjoy the most about it. Build-wise, it feels a bit plastic, but it’s also surprisingly heavy, so it still feels solid and stable on the desk. Connectivity has been mostly good. I did notice that when using the wireless dongle, it sometimes disconnects randomly. Because of that, I’ve been using it with a cable or Bluetooth, and both have been very reliable with no issues. Customizing the keys and using the configuration UI is pretty straightforward and easy to use, which is a nice bonus if you want to tweak things. It’s also easy to carry around — I can fit it in a 15-inch backpack without problems. Overall, I’m very happy with it, especially as my first mechanical keyboard. I wouldn’t go back to a regular keyboard after this.
