It's a wonderful ayurvedic medicinal cream with 100 times washed ghee plus other potent herbal ingredients which give it an authentic herbal smell and unique colour. Some people here had commented just upon the smell and appearance compared to some expensive creams. Different drug companies have different ingredients added apart from ghee in shathadoutha ghrita and so makes its smell and colour different. This cream worked well for me and is recommended to me by an ayurvedic doctor.
