Nice and large to fit whatever you are working on. I love the adjustability to different levels depending on the project you are working on. Great for homework, too, to have the homework be right at eye level. I would recommend it for people who have neck issues. You don't need to lean down to work on anything. Very easy to put away and tuck behind or under something until the next time you need it. Great to use with a rocking foot stool to help the whole back be aligned.
