I purchased all 3 books in this series. I have a student who wears a hijab. "I wear one of these. This is me", she said! I love that she can see herself in books that speak to family, friendship, and community. The Boldest White is a beautifully illustrated book that encourages confidence and self assurance. I recommend that you add it to your child's library.
