I've had this for almost a year and my two cats still haven't gotten tired of it. It's great exercise and mental stimulation for them. When I get some more space, I'm planning on getting another one and creating one super long track for them. Battery life is surprisingly good. It's a lot of fun to watch them chase it around! Also, it automatically turns off after 10 minutes or so, and will turn back on maybe 10-20 minutes later, so the cats don't burn out and lose interest. It's a great feature Highly recommend!

We received the AsFrost interactive cat toy today and am highly impressed! —Per the instructions, we immediately charged the motor using the charging cord provided in the box, which we plugged into our own USB charger. —The charging cord is a nice quality braided cord. —Motor arrived mostly charged, so it only took approx. 15 min to fully charge and for the charging light to turn green. —Set up of the unit was easy. We set it up around our dining room table, which allows our cat (4 yrs old) to use the table chairs to hide/stalk the toy but yet has plenty of room to run around the table chasing down the toy. —The rope is soft and if our cat lays on it, both the toy/rope stop moving, so there’s no risk of him getting hurt/entangled in it. —The toy makes a mouse sound, which we initially kept on to entice our cat from another room, however, it can be turned off, if desired. We have since turned off the sound as once our cat was engaged in playing with the toy, he was then indifferent to the sound. —Our cat was a little apprehensive at first (always is with anything new) but after a few minutes, he became so excited/engaged with this toy and began chasing it around and talking to it. —I like that it has 3 different speeds. We started him off at the slow (walk) speed, which I would say is more like power walking and he took to this toy unlike any other interactive toy he’s played with. —The motor is quiet, so when they play with it at night, it does NOT disrupt our sleep. ;) —The toy runs for 15 min and then shuts off. Once it shut off, he still pounced/played with the feather toy, all the while chatting up a storm. He continued to paw at the feather toy in hopes to revive it and even walked up to the motor inquisitively trying to see how to turn it back on (yep, he’s a smart one). We intend on turning this on in the morning before we leave for work, midday (on the days we WFH) and at night before bedtime—to release his energy, exercise him and hopefully aid in a restful daytime nap/night’s sleep. Overall: excellent toy for indoor cats and is unique in its design (never saw anything like this before). Highly engaging/entertaining for our cat and even found it fun/entertaining to watch his excitement as he played with it. Our cat gives it four paws up!!

Great product! This is day 2 of my fluff boy playing with the setup. I only used three of the anchors to confine the toy to a small space. The instructions for setup were basically nonexistent, I ended up finding a YouTube video on it just to make sure I put it together right. I also was a bit hesitant of leaving my cat with it unattended at first because of the rope attachment. He likes to pull at rope and I didn't want the risk of it coming undone and him swallowing the rope. I just monitored his play the first day but I genuinely think it safe now, just check the string often. This also could've been a bit more affordable ~$35-45. This hands down the best cat toy that has ever been invented. I NEVER write reviews but i had to because this toy has given my kitties hours of endless entertainment. I am literally about to buy a second set to extend the range throughout my house. What a genius invention!

My cat catches the toy and moves the pieces every two minutes and it messes the toy up and its useless. My cat is tiny- he grabbed the toy once and dragged the entire unit into another room. Pretty worthless toy. Update- seller reached out and made it right so I've updated my review.

Overall pretty impressed with this- it is surprisingly sturdy and decently made, comes with everything you need, and works pretty well. It is a bit noisy and I'm not sure about the mouse noises, but honestly I really like it and my cats get a kick out of it. However, I have three main critiques: 1) the product is a complete ripoff of Swiftpaws, the very good american company in this space; 2) the speed is adjustable but is always quite fast. I would like to have much slower speeds to use, because even the slowest speed zips by my cats. 3) the automatic control works pretty well, BUT there is REALLY BAD RECOIL every time you stop in one direction such that that toy/line actually goes back quite a ways rather than just coming to a stop. This prevents good precision control. So, it is a good toy but could use a bit of modification to be a great toy.

This was my largest spending on a single cat toy. I have three cats and they have different levels of interest in the product. One of them likes to sit on the moving string causing the movement to slow down or completely stop. However, I don't see them getting hurt by the product. There is a possibility of a cat catching the string and dragging the weights while panicking. My only wish was option of slowing below 1500 rpm. The speed choice given is quite fast at 1500 to 2100 rpm.

Not worth the cost at all. This is way too expensive for a cat toy that feels cheaply made overall. The end pieces aren’t weighted properly, so they tip over easily whenever the cat pulls on them or even bumps into them. The remote is also unreliable and barely works half the time. We ended up replacing the included string because it was literally just plain twine with nothing attached to it. We had to use our own string with a toy instead. We also bought this specifically for the timer feature so it could turn on and off throughout the day, but it only cycles a handful of times before shutting off completely. The only thing I actually liked is that the design is enclosed, so the cats can’t easily pull the string out. Even then, the openings use weak magnets, and our cat can still get them open pretty easily. Maybe if this were around $15, I’d say it was worth it, but definitely not $76. That price is honestly shocking for the quality.
