Yes, it comes with a whale, a turtle with jingly like balls/bells in it, and a tree. Plus 3 rings to be able to toss onto the tree or the whale.

do you need a air pump to inflate it? how long would it take to inflate it by mouth?

I would use a pump to blow it up, otherwise it will take forever. However, I would not recommend this product. Ours did not hold air and had to be blown up consistently.

My husband blew up the pool with a bike pump and after just 2-3 days it was 50% deflated already... is this normal or did i get a bad one??

YES! I'd say from the reviews a hefty percentage of them are! Mine deflated immediately, we found one leak and patched it but it still deflated. Gave it to friends to try to figure out and keep if they could repair it...too much of a hassle (large once it's all unfolded) to return! What a neat little oasis but NOT HIGH QUALITY (you get what you pay for)...

around 10 lbs is my guess. Box came inside an exterior box for shipping but size of pool's box is very roughly 25"x14". Hope these estimates help.
