DEMETER Marshmallow 3.4 Oz Cologne Spray, Perfume for Women and Men

i bought the caramel one and the marshmallow one, and i like the caramel one way more. it smells exactly like a butterscotch and i love it so much, 5 stars for that one alone ! i ended up giving my marshmallow one away because i didn’t like the scent really, it kind of smelled like vaseline and didn’t really have a smell BUT i will say it’s a scent of it own.. vaseline is all i can even compare it to. 2 stars for the marshmallow one.

My final thoughts are that it smells like an airy coconut rather than a fluffy marshmallow. It’s nice and soft on the skin. No leakage. Poor longevity unless layered heavily. Not worth the money for me, but I’ll keep it because it’s giving coconut milk, which I don’t hate. Would be worth the money if it smelled accurate, so I won’t be buying it again.

I can’t smell it at all & I was really excited to smell marshmallows.

It's alright, more alcohol smell than marshmallow

I knew Demeter to have single note fragrances, WYSIWYG. It's not offensive, but the Marshmallow is not marshmallowing.

First time buying this brand Demeter, I ordered the marshmallow scent, this one smells like maple syrup and pancakes. It does smell good, just doesn’t smell like marshmallow or toasted marshmallow

I had this in the roll on and then immediately needed the spray. It's very sweet and very subtle. It's not a strong or chemical scent, it's just... sweet. It doesn't have that over the top vanilla scent a lot of gourmet perfumes get that says "vanilla" or "marshmallow" and it smells like vanilla cupcake butter cream sugar yankee candle hell. It's literally just a very soft, subtle sweet scent that's kind of warm on the skin but doesn't have a lot going on. You know how some business advice goes on and on about how you have to make sure your perfume is really subtle when you go to a job interview and it's incredibly rude to wear any perfume to work because it could trigger other people? This is a "job interview" perfume for sure. Unless someone is right on top of you or their nose is very sensitive, they won't consciously pick up anything at all.

I am given so many compliments on this scent. Many ask what I'm wearing, is it like a vanilla with something else. This scent does have almost a vanilla scent but really, it's marshmalllow. And other people love it when they get a whiff, as much as I love wearing this Demeter scent. I personally, love Dememter scents. I have many. This probably gets the most compliments and questions. Very delicious and not over powering. I highly suggest it if you're starting your Dememeter perfume collection. It goes great alone as a singular scent or layered with others. Personally, when I'm really fishing for compliments or want to impress, I pair this scent with the Blueberry or Strawberry scent. People go wild.

Don’t bother to buy! It smells amazing once sprayed on you, a sort of vanilla scent, however everyone I asked said they can’t smell it on me at all!! Had to spray it at least 6 times for someone to notice, but the smell goes away 2 seconds later. This has also bleached my clothes!!! Super weird as I didn’t expect a fragrance to do this, also tried it on an old piece of clothing in case it was the fabric but the same thing happened. Honestly avoid!! I am obsessed with fragrances, go buy Avon that lasts all day for half the price.

It was quite poor - didn't like it , not sure about all the hype a certain blogger gave it .
