I’ve been using this tablet for a bit and I’m happy with it. It feels very durable and the battery life is excellent — it lasts a long time on a single charge. Great tablet for the price. Had asked before buying if we would be able to transfer esim from iPad and was told yes it was compatible with esim, it's not. Helium shipped a physical sim and activated with no problems. It's heavier than the iPad but definitely not as fragile. A lot of digging around on your own as the manual is pretty much useless, however sets up pretty much like any android. Does have more capabilities than our other rugged tablet.

I've had quite a few tablets over the years, but the HOTWAV R9 Pro easily stands out as one of the toughest and most versatile. The build quality is excellent, it's rugged, solid, and ready for anything. The 11-inch 2K screen is bright, clear, and good to use when I’m reading, watching videos, or browsing the web. The battery life is next-level, I can easily go several days without recharging, even with regular use. Plus, the built-in camping lantern is super bright, I plan to use it the next time I take a camping trip. The cameras are surprisingly good and the Face ID unlocks quickly. It’s a little heavier than a standard tablet, which I've seen several folks complain about, but that’s a small trade-off for how much power and durability you get. Just be aware it’s not compatible with AT&T for calling if you were planning to use the SIM feature. Overall, this is a great tablet for outdoor adventures, work, or everyday heavy-duty use. Highly recommend it if you want a tablet that can actually keep up with real life!

I bought it because it claimed to be durable, and it's true—it's excellent. My daughter has dropped it, and the device is still in perfect condition.

While it's a little early to give a 5-star review on a product I've not had for long, I like pretty much everything about it. The screen is fantastic, much nicer than the typical 1280x800 and similar on budget tablets. I set it up using my Android phone as its source, and it did not take long. I did need to make a few settings changes to get the onscreen buttons and begin placing application icons. It has lots of memory: base 6GB operating, which can be extended up to 20GB (not needed by me yet), and 256GB of storage, so I have not yet added a microSD card. The battery is huge, at 20,000 mAH. It has a big light on it, which is a unique feature, and potentially useful; a "Camping Light" application controls it. It readily connected to my wireless LAN for setup and data transfer, and to Bluetooth to connect to my phone and also to my hearing aid. The only downside is its weight, but for what you're getting, it's a fair price to pay. It does come with mounting brackets to attach a carrying strap, the strap itself, and even includes a "reasonable" (meaning you'd be inclined to keep it) screwdriver to attach those mounting brackets. It is quite rugged, and has silicone covers for its ports, so should be usable outdoors or in rough environments. So far, I haven't found anything not to like about it, considering the weight necessary to account for all it offers.

Right now, I am only using this as a reader for e-books. Hay, its winter. But I got this thing for that reason as well as running navigation apps for my jeep and planning bike routes when I am out doing my camp N bike trips around the country. So basically, running nav apps, reading books, and watching the occasional movie/show at my camp sight while being a bit bashable. I have not played much with the 64mb camera, but hopefully that will take decent photos. I could care less about the 16mb aimed at your face and not used it. The screen can get pretty bright but have not tried it in full on sun yet because you know, winter. But while reading in bed I have to turn the brightness to 0 as 100 is crazy in a dim lit room. This is a good thing and gives me hope. The thing is probably too heavy as just an e-reader but the battery does last a LONG time. Like read War and Peace a couple times LONG time. When Spring gets here, we shall see how it does. For now, I am happy. Oh, I like the screen. Decent contrast and colors and no APP bloat. I hate app bloat. The camp flashlight is stupid bright. I have no plans on using it but it a nice to have but requires you to go through a screen to turn on, that is, no external button. But it is adjustable which is needed as 100 percent is STUPID bright. I might try and use this with my drone. But between the weight of this AND the DJI controller, it will be beefy weight. So not sure about that but it would be handy for planning routes and what not. I might mess around with that in January when I plan on making some really BAD frozen creek and lake videos. It's a typical Android device. I have it connected up with my wifi in the house right now. But you know the drill if you use Android stuff. It really is just a giant fat cell phone at its heart. I think this will work out well for my needs. edit. 13 months later.... OMG, I use this thing almost every day now. Needs a new screen protector. Been on lots of adventures and survived my Dog sliding around all over the screen.... I have NO idea there but dogo claw marks on the screen protector. =/ It's had falls and been launched across my jeep when forced to hit the brakes. Ya, it is actually rugged. Many falls off the bed when I fall asleep reading which is nothing considering the other things this pour thing has had to endure. One of my better buys in the last year actually.

El peso del equipo no es para todos, por sus prestaciones ante la resistencia que ofrece se justifica plenamente, por lo demás cumple completamente mis espectativas, muy fluido e intuitivo su manejo, la recomiendo ampliamente.

Tablette super puissante et robuste. La lampe éclaire vraiment fort et la batterie dure vraiment longtemps. Cette tablette est utilisée dans une PME pour assurer la tenue des stocks et les expéditions, et c'est vraiment un bon outil de travail pour nous.

J’ai décidé d'acheter cette tablette après avoir recherché une option abordable mais performante. Après avoir pu l’utiliser pour différentes choses, je peux tout simplement dire qu’elle ne m’a pas reçu ! Voici mon retour : 📦 Emballage : Quelle agréable surprise à la réception ! La tablette est arrivée dans un emballage soigneusement conçu, bien protégée contre les chocs. Le contenu comprenait la tablette elle-même, un chargeur, un câble, un kit de nettoyage pour la tablette, et un écran de protection, le tout parfaitement disposé pour éviter les dommages pendant le transport. Ça fait plaisir de voir autant de soin apporté à l'emballage ! ⚙️ Mise en route : La mise en route de la tablette était un jeu d'enfant, bien que quelques étapes aient nécessité un peu d'attention. L'interface intuitive et ludique du système m'a vraiment simplifié la vie. La connexion au réseau WiFi s'est faite en un clin d'œil et il fallait simplement rentrer la langue qu’on souhaitait. En moins de 5 minutes c’était réglé, je ne pense pas qu’on puisse faire plus simple que ça, c’est très bien pensé ! 🛠️ Points positifs : ◾ Le système d'exploitation Android 13 est mieux pensé que les anciens : fluide, puissant, et avec des fonctionnalités de confidentialité pour protéger mes données. Je me sens plus en sécurité sur cette version, ça semble plus professionnel que ce que j’ai pu voir ! ◾ La connectivité WiFi est très rapide, je n’ai aucun soucis pour aller sur internet ou pour télécharger. ◾ Avec 12 Go de RAM (6 Go de RAM + 6 Go d'extension de RAM) et 256 Go de stockage interne, cette tablette répond à toutes mes attentes en termes de multitâches et de capacité de stockage. Parfait pour mes films et séries ! ◾ La batterie de 8000 mAh est impressionnante. Elle tient facilement une journée complète, même avec une utilisation intensive. Je ne m'inquiète plus de manquer de batterie ! ◾ L'écran de 11 pouces avec résolution 2K offre une expérience visuelle exceptionnelle. Regarder des vidéos dessus est un vrai plaisir. ◾ Les caméras de 16 MP à l'avant et à l'arrière, ainsi que la caméra grand angle secondaire arrière de 8 MP, capturent des photos et vidéos de qualité superbe. Pour l’avoir essayer de nuit ou de jour, je recommande, ça fonctionne très bien ◾ La légèreté et la finesse de la tablette la rendent ultra-portable. Je l'emporte partout sans problème. Elle est élégante, confortable en main et ajoute une touche de sophistication à mon quotidien. ◾ Une coque est directement fourni avec la tablette, c’est très important à mon sens pour bien la protéger. Pour dire, on a un écran protecteur et une coque fourni directement avec, c’est à la hauteur de tout concurrence. ◾ Prise jack également présente pour pouvoir écouter ce que l’on veut avec des appareils filaires même si il y a également le sans fil ! 🛠️ Points négatifs : ◾ J’aurais bien aimé avoir une pochette pouvoir ranger la tablette, mais je pense que cela se trouve facilement à côté, donc ce n’est pas vraiment un problème. 🏆 Résultat : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Je suis absolument comblé par cette tablette ! Elle mérite pleinement ses cinq étoiles. Le rapport qualité/prix est incroyable, et je ne peux que la recommander vivement.
