Works exactly like they claim it does! Great stuff, great price, highly effective at controlling perspiration. I apply it twice a week, sometimes only once a week. You do NOT need to use this daily for it to be effective. For best results, I pair it with an Alum bar (Thai Crystal Deodorant stick). The Certain-Dri controlls sweating, while the alum kills any odor causing bacteria. Use the Alum daily, I wet the bar and apply after a shower. Overuse of Certain Dri will cause a rash, at least in my case, and it was no more effective than applying every few days.

I recently purchased this because anything; random moments, thinkinhg of something scary, or just nerves, my hands sweat. I play guitar and when I get on stage my hands sweat so bad. I fumble and sometimes lose my pick. Yhis has worked wonders for me. It is very effective. I don't feel like I'm losing grip. I had no skin irritation. The smell is a little strong at first but goes away after 15 minutes. I have wore this all day and has worked perfectly for me!! I 100% reccomend. The only dowside is how small the bottle if for 9$

Kinda inconsistent for me the first couple of times I work as intended my hands felt dry and chalky but after more use it don't really work for me anymore it almost feels like putting on lotion where it takes a min for it to fully dry and my hands feel dry but once I put on pressure they seem to instantly start sweating which is kinda weird because they wouldn't happen normally before. It don't really have lingering order but is noticeable when your hand are on your nose then you notices a bit of an odd small but its not really a big deal as that don't really happen often. When it works it's great but it didn't really last long for me maybe you'll have a better experience.

Úsalo como recomiendan todas las noches y todas las mañanas, los primero 3 días lava poco tus manos espera 3 horas para mojarlas y al 4 días veras y sentirás los resultados, usa poquito cantidad espera se seque y listo. Tus manos cambiaran su textura pero créeme he vivido con hiperhidrosis desde mi adolescencia y es feo andar con tus manos frías y sudadas y es mejor aplicar después alternar los días o momentos con crema hidratante para evitar manos muy resecas, pero es mejor que andar tus manos chorreadas siempre.

As someone with hyperhidrosis, I don’t really see a difference when using this. I have very severe hyperhidrosis and have had it since fourth grade. I have tried EVERYTHING possible that my insurance would cover. I was denied Botox in the hands and feet for this and I haven’t asked about surgery because it scares me. I did iontophoresis with a machine I bought and I honestly didn’t see much of a difference, PLUS it’s a pain to do everyday for an hour. I tried every topical medication under the sun, this being my last try, and then after doing research, I came across the medication Glycopyrrolate. I take 1mg orally twice daily and it decreases my sweating by 70%. Although I still sweat, it is not as much as it used to be. It does occasionally cause dry mouth and constipation, but it’s worth it for me. I would say that you should ask your doctor if you have tried everything and want to see if this will work for you.

I would give this zero rating,I have used it as instructed and my palm sweating is even worse,and the other thing is that the quantity of the cream is just ridiculous less than what is mentioned, the tube is just puffed up with air,very disappointed,this product is not worth the price!
