ELEGANT DESK EMBOSER - BLACK Love the product, service was good but needs to have a better instruction and help to state the imprinting for the press to stamp. No discription of letter count nor the orientation of the stamp. My press came with the orientation so that the press must be used on the bottom of the page of the book for the imprint to be correct to be readable. Elegant Desk Embosser - Black  I would still buy this product and tell my friends to buy this embosser.

The embosser works fine, you have to push down pretty hard to get the imprint. I provided my information to put into the stamp and I messed up proof reading what I send. So, for $15 I got a new imprint with correct data, the customer service was very nice and got me my new imprint very quickly.

I received an email from StampXpress within 48 hours after my purchase was made. However, it took 2 full weeks for it to arrive at my house from the day that my order was finalized. In addition, half the stamp punches deeper on the paper than the other half so that it is hard to read the lighter half of the imprint. Not the best quality.

I purchased this a long time ago for my then-elementary-aged daughter who loves books. I was so pleased with my order, with the design of the imprint, and the fact that she was able to use it without help even when younger. This is solid/heavy, good quality. What a fantastic birthday gift for any book lover. Years later we have many books my daughter has imprinted with this and it is still in use, it's one of the first things she does when she gets a new book. When younger she practiced on regular paper and then would imprint the face page of her books, but has also used it on card stock and other papers with great results. Probably one of my favorite gifts I've ever given her.

I bought this embosser for my husband, who always wanted something like this. We had a couple hiccups at first -- the first embosser wouldn't do a real imprint -- but the customer service was prompt and helpful. Once we got everything sorted out and one that works, we're left with a nice product.

Very pleased with this embosser. It's sturdy, and very easy to use (requiring less hand pressure than other embossers on the market). Service was excellent: Seller emailed me immediately after my order was placed, to get specifics regarding the text, alignment, style, etc., that I wanted (I also was able to change my color preference from the black finish to the gold at this time); the order was filled and shipped the following day, and I received it three days later; and all details of the order were correct.

this broke after two months of use. made of aluminum. i use it frequently 10 times a day. for the money not worth it

This product is well made and structurally sound and heavy material is used. When a problem was detected, my interaction with Blanca in customer service resolved the issue very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again.
