Works Well but Blade Could Be More Secure
This handheld mandoline slicer is sharp, compact, and easy to use. The replaceable stainless steel blades evenly slice vegetables, saving you a ton of prep time. It's comfortable to hold and easy to clean after use. The only downside is that the blade doesn't stay firmly in place in the slicer. It sometimes moves while cutting, affecting the smoothness of the cut. Therefore, I can only give it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it's still a useful tool that gets the job done, but it would be nice if the blade locked more securely.

Excellent mandolin
I love this mandolin. The thin slices come out nice and uniform. The blade is extremely sharp, so I would advise caution in using. Cleaning is very easy.
