I'm in the early stages of periM and the lack of sleep was driving me crazy. I get about an extra hour sleep when I take these..so any little bit extra helps. I take them about 1 hour before I go to bed.

Seemed to work but not for menopause symptoms. No side effects. Easily digestible but need to take with other supplements to solve menopause belly. And good old exercise.

This really works. My adult son can now sleep and my adult daughter feels like her mood is more stable. My family is benefiting from this. So grateful.
