What is the difference between the three models? Do the differing prices reflect differing qualities?

It seems the only difference between the three models are the colour of the wood, I am very pleased with the one I purchased it is of good quality, you will not be disappointed. I hope this is helpful.

Does this item stay in position or fold flat? I'm looking for stay in position. Thanks for your time.

Hello Yes this item stays in position. It is not collapsible I’ve had mine for several years and it is very well made.
