Is this product gluten and dairy free? By that I mean not only the ingredients but the manner in which it was processed?

No ingredients should contain gluten. Nothing is processed in dairy. I assume you are asking about the lactobacillus acidophilus, but it is not processed in either.

How many bottles are included or how many tablets? am i just not seeing it?

You receive one bottle of Candida 911 --with 60 capsules. It's a full 30 day supply.

Is this FDA approved ?

Thanks for asking because it's a common misconception people have. The FDA does not approve any dietary supplement. They do ban and/or prohibit certain supplements or certain ingredients to be used in supplements. But the there is no such thing as "FDA APPROVAL" for dietary supplements. All NUTRALIANT supplements are made in the USA, with high quality ingredients, at an FDA registered facility, under the strictest cGMP requirements.

Is this a one-time purchase or is this something you have to keep maintaining?

You can take it for about 30 days as a cleanse to get rid of Candida overgrowth. If you struggle with Candida ongoing, you’ll want to add it to your daily routine. Otherwise, I’d suggest taking it once every 3 months or so as a cleanse.
