Lafagiet Waterproof Arc Lighter, Outdoor Dual Plasma Arc Lighter, USB Rechargeable Flameless Electric Lighters for Camping, Hiking, Survival Tactical (Black)

Not a type c USB chargeable, it can be charged only with a micro USB. Wasted my time and energy to buy this. The seller is cheating buyers to buy this product. I have returned.

Pratique et aucune senteur..

I love these things and buy them for myself as well as hand them out or use them as stocking stuffers. They do just what you'd expect. The only weak point is the battery. Having owned several of these, you'll get about a year of regular use before the battery doesn't hold enough charge to be useful. Considering the cost of the many BIC lighters this device replaces over that year, it's still a savings. And if you use it for smoking, you avoid inhaling butane and butane combustion byproducts which I view as a bonus. These little arc lighters are also much better in the wind than a traditional flame lighter so can do excellent work at a windy campsite or a blustery outdoor concert. Having used several versions of this same idea with only two electrodes, the double-arc four-electrode version is much better overall at igniting whatever it is you're trying to ignite.

does what it says on the tin really. lasts a while and never fails to work. perfect for stray fabrics on work trousers or jeans although wouldn’t do very well lighting cigarettes or other funny cigarettes people may have these for. wind proof and could not physically extinguish it by blowing on it so for camping use very good

Helt ok för att kapa min fisklina! Otroligt hur många som har problem med att kapa fisklina. Använd denna istället för att köpa ny fisklina-sax varje år som fort blir slö.

Quite a large chunky lighter, which is good for outdoors. The flexible extendable neck works. The lanyard it comes with has an orange/black object on the end of it which is a whistle, a good idea. It does not hiss, the plasma arc is good and strong. A short charging cable is provided, USB C as described. Waterproofing OK for splashes and rain, but don't let it get immersed. Sturdy construction. As ever with a plasma lighter, when using to ignite tinder make sure not to contaminate the arc terminals.
