love simple human. they really know their stuff. the weight of the arm is perfect and allows u to take one napkin at a time. u can stack up a lot of napkins so I don't have to refill every day. buy it, you won't regret it.

It's a great napkin holder. Holds lots of napkins. Easy to load. The napkins keep their shape because they lay flat rather than in a vertical position. And when you pull one napkin, only one napkin leaves the stack. Its functionality mesmerizes guests who try to figure out how this simple design always dispenses only one napkin rather than several. I have several of these for different tables and rooms. I've bought these for family members who loved them. Highly recommend.

This item works with my Great Value napkins but does NOT work with my Dollar Tree napkins (they're a bit rougher). Other reviewers mentioned this, and one posted a video as well, so I'm backing-up that claim. Definitely a smooth, 1-napkin result with the G.V. napkins, and the dispenser doesn't move on my countertop when a napkin is pulled, so I'm a happy customer! My holder arrived in a sealed plastic bag within an Amazon shipping box. It's in great condition, just a couple little scratches here and there. A large label sticker is on the tray, but mine peeled-off cleanly. 4.5 stars, and I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a horizontal napkin dispenser.

If you are reading this and thinking, "$20 is too much for a napkin holder!", trust me, you are wrong. This baby is worth every single penny. You can put a giant stack of napkins in this thing and just pull one out, or three out, or how ever many you want, and that's all that comes out. Even down to the last two napkins, you want one, you get one. FYI, I buy the Bounty napkins, so I can't speak for every single napkin brand, but it works great with them. The do have little bumps all over them, they are not a smooth napkin, so I don't know how those would work. My mom swears the napkin holder I made her in 7th grade is better, but she's wrong! I couldn't stand how every napkin holder I bought either pulled all the stack out at once or that I would have to lift the bar to get just one. You do not have to do that with this one, just grab and pull. I have no idea what kind of sorcery this thing uses to work so well, but it is definitely magic.............or solid engineering, it could be that too!

I know this might sounds silly, but I really appreciate that. It's easy for the kids to grab one napkin at a time. It keeps the rest of the napkins clean and prevents waste. We leave it in the middle of the kitchen table and it looks great for what it is. Very good quality.
