I’m a plumber and I’ve used and lost many screwdrivers over the years. This is the best screwdriver EVER. This is all I need for any and every type of fastener, combined with an impact of course. When I figured out there’s a 1/2” nut driver integrated into the handle itself, I was sold; Made toilet tank bolts a snap. I got a Milwaukee screwdriver that tries to do the same, but it’s not compatible with an impact and it’s already rusted af -_- it’s been 1 month. The only complaint with this driver is that the cushioned hand grip could be integrated better because over time, this grip will get loose and slide right off. Easy to use, perfect bit variety, amazing value and functions great.

These are pretty nice, but you will be spending more money on accessories. I bought this for an emergency kit from my truck, so I don’t have to carry too many screwdrivers or small sockets. For this, it works great. I can also use sockets from other sets if I want, or use the screwdriver shaft in a power tool. Impact rates is mid, though at this sizes I am not sure it matters. The only thing is that there is no metric version, you need to buy this kit then buy a metric kit for another $20. My truck has no use for SAE so I also had to buy the 6-in-1 metric attachment which gave me 7-14mm. (Minus 9 and 11). An 8-in-1 is also available which still misses 9 and 11 but goes up to 17.

It's well built, perfectly serviceable, no complaints. It's just a bit fiddly - you're really buying this for the versatility and flexibility and just having the one-off tool on hand when you need it. As a pure driver of any particular type, it's not the best, not the worst. With that said, it still leans towards very good with the compromise considered. Tool comes with quite a bit of machine oil on it, so be prepared to wipe it down. Out of the package, all of the mating interfaces and shaft insertion forces are all kind of high. I haven't beaten on it for years to know how well this wears in, but probably better in any case to have the forces required be on the higher end vs. looser. The default bit holder (and nut driver) has a mechanism to drop down for screw/nut retention when directly driving fasteners, but this is also a really easy way to lose every/all bits you put into this driver. If you're slipping this in and out of a tool belt all day, it's likely you're leaving your most used bit in the holder, and when you put the tool INTO a slot in a tool belt, the nut driver retracts, leaving only a fraction of a fraction of an inch of holding surface for the bit insert. Insert bit quality seems excellent, I haven't had the opportunity to require all of them yet. There's surprisingly little (to no) rattle considering all of the myriad parts involved in the full assembly. The handle trap door is a usual suspect here, and i've tried several higher end driver brands that feel a little jank. I get why Klein tools are well loved, but I still prefer the hand feel, ergonomics, materials of other brands like Wiha and Wera. This isn't to disparage this driver, though, it's solid and good for what it is. The retraction of the bit holder is really irritating, and I'm positive I will lose a bit in my tool belt if this was a main/daily driver. However, in a tool belt, I'm almost always using a powered driver of some sort and any fastener that I'd do by hand on a regular basis has its own dedicated driver. This is perfect for a mobile tool kit, or to throw in a backpack or sling to have with you on the go. This could also live in a backup tool pouch that doesn't sit in/on your person in a tool belt. Saves a trip back to a work truck, but isn't a daily carry for me.

Typical Klein quality in their hand tools. This tool does a lot of things in. I don't have to carry around as many other items and can use this instead The extra attachments are easily stored in the handle and the magnetic grip makes them secure in the operating end of this tool

Llego en buen estado, el desarmador es genial una herramienta muy versátil puntas de buena calidad y buena variedad. Solo que hay que acostumbrarse a los conectores aveces puede ser un poco práctico para intentar cambiar los dados y usar la extensión con atornillador de impacto, fuera de eso me gustó el desarmador lo llevo a todas partes.
