Worked for me
It worked, very happy I took on a hike with a significant elevation gain. Exactly a year ago I did the same hike & at a certain point I could hardly continue. Did the same hike 1 year later using this oxygen & had zero difficulties. I am in the exact same shape as a year ago. Common for this hike (Colchuck lake near Leavenworth WA) for people to struggle at a certain point. Both times I’ve seen individuals bent over, going slow, trying to catch their breath. Looking like they might pass out.Last year I didn’t realize that portable oxygen was even an option. Took about 5-6 breaths on the way up & had no issues. Hike was strenuous but my breathing remained even throughout the journey. I still got tired & rested a couple times but never felt like I was having trouble with my breathing. I also added a few other things in my regimen so hard to know if it was only the oxygen. Other items used: Altitude RX pills (couple days before & one on day of hike) Cell Food drops Thorne ferrasorb iron supplements Altitude sickness patch (Koala brand?) Hope this helps someone :) Also, took just 1 can on hike. Very lightweight

If someone you know is dealing with bad cluster headaches
I deal with cluster headaches and the attacks come in very extreme each day that goes by I realize I was getting more in a day as well hopeless going on everything for research just to take the pain away I tried everything and nothing so I saw something taking about this so I thought why not give it a try I didn’t think it would be that great my attacks can last for hrs sometimes getting some back to back and when I tell you gone in 15 maybe 20 mins it was gone so quickly if you or someone you know is dealing with cluster headaches highly recommend this they are small pocket size but it does work and it relieved my pain and I think it was worth the money small or not it was just a test run and it works.

Pretty Good
It was a little expensive for the sizes you get, but it had a very nice scent and was relaxing!

Seems to help, one out of four cans came empty
Well the most important thing to note is that one of the four cans was empty. 25% missing product is not insignificant at the price. Outside of that, while sick with a respiratory illness and being one with asthma, this did seem to help when I was feeling especially out of breath. I'll need more trials to truly decide how I feel about the product, possibly getting a pack of the larger size. But I didn't notice any negative effects. It tasted of fresh air and seemed to help, if only placebo.

Great product for hiking at high altitude
I live at sea level and have a moderate fitness level. I took these with me on a hiking trip to Utah where the altitude ranged from 5,000 ft to 8,000 ft above sea level. I was so thankful for them as I was climbing at levels I’m not used to! Definitely helped with recovery. I would also carry a can and take periodic “hits” of oxygen as I was on steady inclines and my legs wanted to keep going but lungs didn’t. It was super easy to use on the move. The eucalyptus fragrance/flavor was invigorating and I have ordered some lavender cans to keep in my handbag for panic situations. I imagine it will be helpful when I can’t catch my breath in crowds.

Easy of use!
What a life saver! Handy for a person in need of oxygen in a boost without carrying a huge concentrator or tank. I use it when walking, shopping, traveling. So very portable and has been allowed through security checks at concerts.

Boost the oxygen
Get the bigger ones. These don't last very long.
