Rakiie Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief with 8 Stays

I originally bought this back brace for myself. I was dealing with awful back pain that was not relieved by medicine or lidocaine patches, but this brace made a surprising difference. It worked so well that I ended up ordering more for my family and even another one to keep at work! I really like the removable 3D pad support and the adjustable straps that let you tighten it as needed. The support is firm without being uncomfortable, it relieves pressure, improves posture, and makes daily movement easier. Definitely worth trying out!

When I tell you I have tried a lot of different braces, believe me it has been a lot of braces. I have found and kept a few that work and sent back more than I can count. This brace is probably the best quality brace I have ever seen. It instantly feels good when you put it on without being so restrictive. You would easily be able to wear it all day. The little cushion in the back is almost like a lumbar pillow and it straightens your posture up without you even realizing. It just feels good and you have instant relief. The materials used are excellent quality and the stitching and workmanship is perfect. I also saw on the paperwork that it comes with a 12-month warranty. I followed the sizing and felt I was closest to the medium, I could probably also easily wear the small. So my suggestion is not to add or round up when it comes to sizing. My 19-year-old son actually just took this from me. He does deliveries and is an athlete and struggles with back pain and his posture. He said it instantly felt better and he will wear it for protection when delivering. We both also noticed the second he put it on he was standing taller and his shoulders seem to be back more. Also when you put it on, kind of angle the front cross over part. If you put them straight across it does not fit as well and is not as comfortable. I think this is also explained in the directions if you look at them. My son of course did not lol. Most definitely worth every penny and I highly suggest buying this instead of trying many others and wasting your money.

So far I like it, the big, solid piece in back seems to help better than my other back braces. It is very wide which works well, but to big to wear with regular pants. It has better support than my other braces!

I like this very muchHold my back stray. Is good for exercise. Bending. is not bad for the price. I recommend this to anybody that has back-pain.

I first ordered the Small and depending if I use it without the pad I can get the end of the strap to go just under halfway the length of velcro area on the left side (about 30-40%). If I use an ice pack on my back or the lumbar pad then the end of the strap goes 1/4 the way almost barely hanging on (about 10-20%)I order the medium thinking it would be a small adjustment, but no it was a giant leap in sizing, now when I put it on without anything (no lumbar pad and no ice pack) the end of the strap goes 90% of the way onto the left side Velcro area and its not as firm or tight as the small meaning I have less to work with. when I use the lumbar pad or a ice pack then I can get it a bit tighter but still not as tight as the small for some weird reason and the end of the strap goes about the same distance 80-90%.generally in a perfect world;d siding is a half step up, not a full one. but something to keep in mind.

So far, so good. It's helping with my back pain and has worked very well.

It is tight. I should have got the next size up. It does feel good and seems to help.

Well made and sturdy. Bought this product to help stabilize my damaged L5-S1 area and to ease pain from overuse between Chiro and Physio visits. I am happy with the back brace; the additional lumbar support is a Godsend for me. While the sciatic pain is bad, I never expected this product to resolve that issue. I wear it over clothing so cannot agree or disagree with people who have mentioned skin irritation. Some people have mentioned it slips up and doesn't stay in place; I have not found this to be the case unless bending over to put shoes on. There is an additional band on either side that can be tightened for extra support and a snug fit. For size reference.. waist size -32.5 inches over tshirt- I bought a medium. Don't think a small would have fit as well having curvy hips. I would purchase this product again and would also recommend it for lower back issues.

Ottima fascia lombare. La metto circa 3-4-5 ore al giorno mi ha risolto i problemi di mal di schiena mi ha corretto la postura e figuratevi che dovrei fare ginnastica posturale, quando non la uso per giorni ho dolori alla schiena, appena la indosso pure minimo due tre ore si toglie tutto.
