Very Impressed
Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life

had a problem with first one got in touch with Hohem service now out of warranty dealt with Cassie they tried a few things to get it going nothing so they kindly sent me another reconditioned one free of charge this one works perfect an excellent service I would highly recommend. Regards Tom

Works on a skateboard, but it is top-heavy at first
I use this with my iPhone while riding an electric skateboard and turning a lot. Stabilization works well once you learn the curve. There is a learning curve. Fast turns and weight shifts on the board will throw it off until you learn how the gimbal wants to follow you. After a few rides it tracks better and the footage looks much smoother. Portable and easy to take along. Fine for walking shots and board footage if you are willing to practice. If you need something that feels planted from the first minute, this may feel light up top. For the price and size, it does the job.

Great product and great customer service!
Great product and great customer service! The app is easy to use and set up, the remote is very responsive, and the device itself generally works great. When I did recently run into an issue where it stopped turning on properly, I called Hohem's customer service; they picked up quickly, diagnosed the issue easily, and when we determined it could not be fixed on my end, promptly sent me a replacement. I very much appreciated them easily honoring the warranty without trying to find the "gotcha" reason it was somehow exempt from warranty coverage, like you often run into. They even worked with me to get my replacement sooner so that I would have it for the project I was currently working on. It was something they didn't have to do, and I think it really shows they care about their customers and providing great customer service. Overall, the product works great, and when problems did arise, they quickly, easily, and kindly did all they could to make it right!
