Is this more of a gel (Carex style) or a runny liquid please?

Would the Gel Conductor be used on Slendertone pads when the pads a new or starting to wear?

Absolutely that's what we got them for, and they work a treat. There are lots of types on the market so look around for the one you like, some are very watery and some a bit tacky and some are dear some ae cheap, but they all have similar qualities, but have a look you will find that they all work well with ab belts.
