In DIY, default fixed program P01, just press DIY+/- to adjust mode & rotate the sliding buttons on the left/right sides to adjust intensity. Customization Modes allows you to choose the frequency freely according to your body condition.

How does dual channel and 40 intensity levels work on this tens unit?

You can set same mode and program but different intensities on CH1/2 channels. For example, set TENS mode & P04 program in CH1 with intensity level 8 for shoulder. While in CH2, same mode & program is running with stronger intensity level 15 on back.

1, 40 levels for choose, confirm the pads are put on skin well otherwise the intensity cannot be higher; 2, whether the device is locked; 3, when switching mode & program, the intensity will become 0, rotate the button to increase intensity again.
