Bought this twice already. Used mainly to make adobong pusit. Makes the dish more appealing, savory, makes sauce a little more creamy. About a tsp or two goes a long way for this dish.First used to cook paella negra as well.

Only complaint, not good for cuddling. Excellent for culinary uses. 5*. Bit pricey for the money, can find more for less in the store, but honestly who has time to find somewhere to buy cuttlefish ink?More than just a colouring agent, adds a unique ocean flavour of its own. Umami and salty. Beware the smell. Suggest cooking into something in a way the smell will be covered up, very fishy scent but tasty as a background flavor enhancer.
