Orthofeet Tilos Orthopedic Men's Sneakers

As a nurse I am on my feet a LOT! Running from room to room sometimes not sitting down for hours at a time, my feet were constantly hurting causing me to stand in awkward positions which in turn caused my back to hurt, and it just spiraled down from there. I had finally had enough and broke down and bought these shoes and the change was dramatic, immediate and unbelievable! The shoes fit perfectly are extremely lightweight and with the choice of up to 4 inserts, the support provided is amazing! I can walk as long as I need to with no heel discomfort and my back pain is almost completely gone! Styling is a little bland, but as I wear scrubs at work that doesn’t bother me at all. To soon yet to know how durable hey are, but going on 2 weeks in they are holding up nicely! For me the pricing was very good considering the benefits I have gotten since purchasing them.

I've tried Hoka. They had a curve on the bottom that I didn't care for myself. These fit more flat. They are so comfortable and ready to put on. This particular model, I wouldn't recommend for uneven terrain. But just normal street walking and getting around ... oh yeah. Great!

I am 73 years old, and I cannot count how many times through the years I have tried to find comfortable, everyday shoes. I have type 2 diabetes and wear size 13 extra-wide shoes. Orthofeet Tilos are by far the most comfortable and supportive I have ever worn. I have two pairs of hands-free sneakers and one pair of hands-free boots, and I am sure there will be more in my future. Orthofeet's shoes are perfectly sized for me, lightweight but durable, and the extra-wide and deep toe box is one of their best features.

Great shoe but runs a size bigger

The shoes are comfortable but squeak when you walk which is very annoying.

I am 76 years old and for the last few years I have been looking for pair of comfortable sneakers that I could wear all day pain free. I tried Johnson Murphy, Sketchers, Ortho Comfort and other quality brands that fell way short. After wearing these Orthofeet sneakers for a week all of my other past mistakes are going in the trash. These were the best $145 I have spent in years. I am going to buy another pair in a different color. We are going to spend a couple of weeks in Rome and Florence in June that will require a lot of walking, and these shoes will be my life saver. UPDATE: After a month I still love these shoes. I did find, as others have said, they squeak when you walk, but I found that when I inserted the plastic arch support booster that came with the shoes the squeaking stopped. They are actually more comfortable with the arch inserts. My second pair of Orthofeet will arrive today, can't wait to try them out.

Ordering a men's size 9 2E , which was a good choice because the loose fit required the use of the two sets each of 1/8 and 1/16 thick risers that were included with the shoes. Instructions were also included. They fit perfectly with the risers to give firmer height and when tied with the laces, the shoes transform into slip-ons. Amazing comfort for a foot with on bunion that is not inflamed. The shoes have been worn for everyday for eight days. The shoe construction appears and feels solid. The color black looks terrific also in this style shoe. I am happy with the choice.

Excellent shoes! I have calluses on bottom of feet that go to the bone. With my prescription insoles, these shoes are good looking, very comfortable and show little wear after 3 months.

Zunächst einmal, die Schuhe sind wirklich nicht billig. Und ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich sie mir kaufen soll. Denn ich habe große Probleme mit Schuhen, da immer viel zu eng, weil ich einen breiten Fuß habe... Inzwischen habe ich mir aber schon hier ein zweites Paar gekauft, denn seitdem ich diese Schuhe trage, habe ich absolut keine Schmerzen mehr beim Laufen. Die sind einfach total bequem und es fühlt sich wirklich an, als würde man auf einer Wolke laufen. Die Schuhe riechen nicht und obwohl man wie auf einer Wolke läuft, sind sie total stabil und halten den Fuß im Gangbett... Auch drückt nichts am Zeh vorne oder in der Breite. Wobei man ja zwischen verschiedenen Fußbreiten wählen kann... Ich habe Schuhgröße 45 genommen und obwohl ich einen sehr breiten Fuß habe, hat die Fußbreite 2E (Wide) ausgereicht... Die Schuhe sind genau passend und es muss keine Nummer größer gekauft werden, wie bei so vielen anderen Schuhen... Wenn du also wirklich Probleme beim Laufen hast, wegen der Füße oder eher einen breiteren Fuß besitzt, dann solltest du ernsthaft darüber nachdenken, dieses Geld hier zu investieren. Ich gebe im Allgemeinen recht selten eine Bewertung ab, aber ich weiß auch, wie es sich anfühlt, wenn man Probleme mit den Füßen hat und nichts aber auch gar nichts passendes findet... Hier handelt es sich wirklich um orthophädische Schuhe, welche sehr gut verarbeitet sind und man auch mit Hilfe der beigefügten Einlagen, den Schuh entsprechend an die Füße anpassen kann. Vielleicht hilft dir ja diese Berwertung etwas weiter bei deiner Entscheidung, denn billig sind sie wirklich nicht... Aber der Preis stimmt, wenn ich überlege, wie oft ich mir billige Schuhe gekauft habe, die dann doch nur zu Schmerzen geführt haben....

I am a big fan of slip-on shoes and was previously wearing Sketchers Bounder 2. There are very few Sketchers shoes you can buy with a wide fitting and available in half sizes. The Tilos has a similar style to the Bounder 2 with laces (which you don’t need to untie/tie) and also provides some orthopedic features including arch support. The fit and comfort seems to be good and there is plenty of space for toes in the wide fitting. I was also impressed with the colour and styling. I have tried the sole inserts and arch support insert. Very impressed so far.

Duur maar net zo goed of slecht als andere schoenen als het gaat om neuropathie. Paar keer op gelopen maar voegt helaas niets toe

Einfach top. Halten sogar bei hohen Minustemperaturen den Fuß warm. Die Innensohle stützt den Fuß sehr gut. Die Sohle mit ihren vielen Noppen ist auch jetzt im Winter gut und minimiert dad Rutschen erheblich.
