Daily Moisturizing Lotion for Dry Skin, 7.9 oz Pump Bottles (Twin Pack), 2-in-1 Moisturizer Body Lotion with 12% Lactic Acid, Dermatologist-Recommended (Packaging May Vary)

I have keratosis pilaris (those annoying, non-painful bumps on the backs of arms and down the sides of legs due to abnormal skin exfoliation). I never had the good fortune of outgrowing it as someone people do. For years I used prescription LacHydrin (12% lactic acid), which was costly even when I bought the generic formulations. This product costs half as much as what I paid even at the lowest generic price, and it works every bit as well as the prescription formulations I used. I'm not a fan of the smell, but to be completely fair, the generic prescription lotion I used years ago smelled the same way-in fact stronger. I'm not a fan of the texture either, but I've definitely used formulations that feel even worse than this product. What I am a fan of is the results I get and the low cost. This is a great product, and I highly recommend it as a good exfoliator lotion.

**AmLactin Daily Nourish Therapeutic Body Lotion for Dry Skin** My estheticians recommended this product due to my very dry skin and persistent clusters of tiny bumps on my elbows and the thigh area just above my knees. Since using AmLactin Daily Nourish, the bumpiness has completely disappeared, and my skin is now soft to the touch and no longer dry. It is a true no-scrub exfoliating moisturizer that actually works. One thing to note: the lotion can cause a slight stinging or tingling sensation when first applied, but in my experience, it goes away within seconds. The fragrance is not the most pleasant, but it is only noticeable during application and has never interfered with my colognes or perfumes. Overall, this has been an effective, dermatologist-style solution for improving texture and dryness, and I would recommend it to anyone dealing with similar skin concerns.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. I will say that it does leave my skin feeling smooth. And the moisture stays all day. It’s not too greasy and it dries pretty quick. The main downside it stinks. Kind of like an ammonia smell that’s pretty strong. I’m not sure how long it continues to smell like this on your body after a while you go nose blind to it Update: I’ve been using the product for about a month now and I will say that apparently you were just to the mail because I don’t smell it as strongly when I apply anymore. I can still get with something on my hands, but it’s nowhere near as strong.

I'll start with my skin concerns: • Dry (year round) • stubborn atopic dermatitis in several areas • hyperpigmentation • redness on chest • sensitive to strong AHAs/dyes/most fragrances (breakouts are in a rash or hives) The Lactic Acid is at the right percentage to exfoliate and is effective for daily usage. My skin is now HEALING, smooth and supple all at once! It comes out thin but spread so easily and I absorb this like a sponge. Not sticky or greasy. Works better than the usual recommendations from my dermatologist. The dry skin has improved and feel like my skin barrier is healing, which in turn gives me more confidence. The lotion gives a slight tingle that goes away fast. The more you use it, the more accustomed you will be to it. I was shocked that it did not break me out or burn.. I even applied to freshly shaven underarms and it was just a tingle. I will need to let time do it's thing to see if it will lighten some mild hyperpigmentation. So far I am using it once a day and will bump it to the recommended twice a day. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. It will stay in my inventory!

This was recommended to me by my dermatologist to treat KP. My skin feels noticeably smoother after using this for over a month now. It has a slight fragrance, but I do not detect any gross smell as mentioned in the other reviews. I feel it absorbs well and does not feel greasy or overpowering. I do think it's a little bit pricey, but I will probably repurchase it because it works.

Best moisturizer for dry winter skin (I’m a nurse so my hands are atrocious). It makes my skin so soft plus it lasts. I use it every morning and night. Takes a few minutes to really soak in before putting clothes on but my skin texture is so much smoother. And it’s even fading my old stretch marks a bit. It’s unscented which some people might not like. I have sensitive skin on my face and have used the same moisturizer for years after many failed attempts at finding a new one. I do use this on my face several times a week for extra moisture and it works nicely. Can apply makeup over top with no issue

It works really well, but smells very bad. It is a sort of pungent sour, bitter ... Not pleasant. However if you use it with another lotion that smells better it is usually fine

Does have an ammonia smell to it afterwards, but it tells you that on the bottle. It tingles a bit, but all of that goes away with time, within 10 minutes. It works very well! It absorbs very well also and offers wonderful skin protection. It makes a difference in the appearance of my skin, which was extremely dry.

Incredible at getting rid of bumpy skin on the backs of your arms and legs. It’s been a regular addition to my skin care routine and will continue to buy. Highly recommend :)

Finding this harder to source - but super skin treatment.

Excelente crema hidratante! Después de una investigación en internet buscando una buena crema hidratante me topé que muchas personas recomendaban esta crema y también. La empezaré a recomendar. Es muy buena, realmente hidrata y ayuda mucho a la piel, es muy fácil de manipular y el cuerpo la absorbe muy rápido, dejando la piel muy sueca e hidratada. El único detalle que veo es que su olor no es del todo agradable, pero es una crema principalmente para cuerpo por lo que no le veo tanto problema e igual solo la utilizo por las noches. Esta crema es difícil de encontrar en México por lo que encontrarla en Amazon y vendida también por Amazon fue un gran alivio ya que así me aseguro que es original y llegara rápido. La recomiendo mucho.

Si tienes queratosis pilaris, funciona muy bien.
