Meglio Hand Therapy Putty - Strength Training & Stress Relief, Hand Exercise Putty for Adults & Childrens, Variable Resistive Strength | (Yellow X-Soft, 53g)

Super xtra soft hand putty which is very easy to use and extremely therapeutic. I have extremely limited hand and finger movement and suffer with a lot of pain so have simple daily exercises just to help with pain and stiffness. I was worried the putty would be hard and stiff and would flare up my pain. However i was able to use it gently and i found it very soft and supple. It doesnt smell which is a good thing too. My youngest daughter wanted to have a go and tested it which demonstrated that someone with good dexterity could get use of it too. The price is excellent and its good value for money. The amount in the container is enough and just right i think. Very impressed with this and so happy i found it as my physio had suggested doing my basic exercises using a wax bath which was hard for me to use so this was a good alternative. Very pleased!

My physio recommended this after I came out of a cast following a broken wrist. I found it really helpful & the Yellow (x-soft) had just the right amount of tension for me.

I bought this for someone else but they were mildly grossed out by the texture. I claimed it for myself, stuck a marble in it and use it as a fidget toy. (On Zoom calls, no one can see you fidget.) It is very slightly sticky so, if you have children and carpets, you might want to give this one a miss, or limit their use to rooms with hard floors. On the other hand, it is nice and soft so if you are trying to wean someone onto therapeutic putty use and they are proving reluctant, this might be a good way to begin. It's a nice, bright colour and always morphs back to the shape of the container, which is very satisfying to observe. you can prod it, hide small objects in it, stretch it (but small pieces break away when you stretch it - hence the carpets warning), roll it....do what you'd usually do with therapeutic putty.

Nice and soft

For the price I thought there would have been more putty, but what i did get worked just fine.

Lo compre por consejo del fisioterapeuta de mi padre, al haber perdido movilidad en la mano izquierda es una manera fácil y divertida de que haga ejercicio con ella incluso los días que esta mas cansado. Es parecido a la plastilina pero no llega a ser lo mismo, lo recomiendo 100% para ejercitar si se ha perdido parte de la movilidad, además hay diferentes niveles de dureza, esta es la mas blandita y para empezar esta muy bien.
