Does this help with sleep? I wake at 4am and then can't get back to sleep. Desperate for a solution. Thanks!

Yes and No, definitely when I play one of the relaxing programs, I always felt asleep, but it is more like mind refreshing kind of feel than proper deep sleep.... in fact, I always wake up after a bit because the glasses are not comfortable to sleep with.... although I had no problems to go back to sleep after.... So, it is mind refreshing! but for deep sleep I am not so sure.... but Again, I am very new to this gadget. PS: for deep sleep I tried the personal hypnotherapy audios "subconscious reaffirmations kind of", download an app and use always the same person talking, with a bit of practice the brain learnt the habit and as soon as its hear the person on the audio you go straight into deep sleep! and as a plus is all the audio positive reaffirmations straight to your subconscious! Does it come with an editing app to make your own sound and light programmes

I don't know it has an app??🤔 But I know you can make and edit your own programmes , and there is a few dedicated website/forums and loads of help.
