Giving this product even 1 star is more than it deserves. This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased in my life. Even the company's own service team admitted that the product is defective, yet the company refused to replace it or provide a satisfactory resolution.This experience reflects very poorly on both the product quality and the after-sales service. I strongly urge Amazon to review BOAT's quality standards and consider removing BOAT products from its website and app to prevent other customers from going through the same disappointing experience.
