29 gm of Great Plant based Protein in just 33 gm of a scoop...!! You won't get it anywhere...! Only in this NakPro Soy Protein Isolate! True the taste sucks! But if you use it wisely it will taste just amazing! Here's what you can do... Take 2 tea spoons of coffee and 1 table spoon of Honey add 1 scoop NakPro Soy Protein and then add 350 ml Milk! Use hand blender to blend all and your Protein shake is ready! This is a Plant based Protein so... > It won't mix in your regular shaker! It won't mix. Use a hand blender! > Don't drink it with just water, it's not made to drink with water unless you really don't care about the taste! > Mix Honey coffee and Milk blend it and have it. > Store in an air tight container (use your old whey protein jar). > Take if for 2 months... Take a break from this protine for a month (use some other protein during this period). This is so that your body won't get used to just one type of protine. > Buy only unflavoured Soy Protein Isolate. Flavoured products never use natural flavours so stay away from added flavours. Add your natural flavours to your drink like coffee, banana, chocolate, strawberry...! Hope this helps.

Affordable Soy Protein Isolate
Highly affordable Soy Protein isolate powder with claimed 90% protein content. Cost-wise it's 3 times cheaper than Whey protein isolate for same protein content. I've been using 2 scoops daily of this for 7 months (I mix Unflavored & Chocolate flavoured one of same brand). One should Start with lesser quantity & let gut slowly adapt. Unflavored one doesn't taste good, but it mixes properly in 400ml water (good if water is warm). No adverse effects found in my stomach/gut over the time. Now come to certification & ingredients Source : Brand says it's lab tested for purity & protein concentration, but no 3rd party lab or blind test certification is provided or claimed. Brand also doesn't disclose from which global supplier (SuPro, ADM etc) it source its ingredients.
