That is absolutely what is in this box that looks like it contains 1 or 3 bottles. But NO, there are 14 pills on a card, each card in it's own separate box, the 3 boxes in yet another box, and the whole Dn thing in a shipping package. And *nothing* in Amazons product description says so. Amazon: Shame on you!

Is this a bottle or the kind that you have to push out individually?

Unfortunately the product listing says “bottle” but no these are in blister packs! I had to punch them all out at once because I have to cut them in half for our dogs (it works great for dogs when dosage is correct!)
