Useful for so many things
These books are a fantastic addition to any family's bookshelf. It's great fun to fold out the huge timelines across the floor. My son was amazed at how long they are and thought it was really cool to read the tiny writing using the enclosed magnifier. They've been really useful in answering an inquisitive child's (constant) questions - such as "how long were the dinosaurs on the Earth before humans?', 'When did they have metal tools after the Stone Age?' My son is only 7 and we have already used these for so much, I can imagine they will be extremely well used by the time he grown!

Fantastic format
The wall books are a great way of displaying facts and stories. Each wall book folds out and there is a little magnifier so you don't miss anything! The crossword and quiz in each book looks fun -we haven't done them yet.

Just amazing - each book has a timeline that you fold out to reveal a chronological march through history full of pics and facts - bit like a giant history version of 'Where's Wally'. My son was given the collection for his birthday - he loves finding something new every time he opens up a timelines - I know it's going to be something he will keep forever. Thanks Grandma Mo.

Great books, Great Wall charts!
These books do for history what I always found missing in my education. I get the big picture and can join up history with other things happening around the same time.I home educate my kids and so love to learn well the things I didn't learn well when I was at school (which turns out to be nearly everything!). I just love this set of books.My 7&5 yr old regularly get out their favourites (history of nature and history of Britain respectively) and pour over sections at a time.We have learned so much and have a springboard for further study.There isn't much my 7 yr old doesn't know these days about prehistoric ocean creatures 😆I totally recommend them to anyone who loves to 'know'!
