I love this ring! It’s comfortable, and provides detailed and acurate information! What I love most about it is that it is subscription free, and it has the lowest EMF exposure and literally cancels it out once the phone is in airplane mode or Bluetooth is switched off, yet it still collates the data and syncs when the device settings are switched back on. The only thing I’d like to see changed is the fact that you have to put the ring back on the charger to take off of airplane mode, this feels unnecessary. Especially when you have to do this daily, if you prefer to monitor sleep while reducing emf exposure. The only thing I’d change is the fact that you have to put it on the charging deck to take it off airplane mode. There may be a good reason for this, but it does seem unnecessary and is a pain to do each day.

Had the ring about 10 months and generally disappointed. I don’t think it’s a good investment if you are sporty, far better to stick with a sports watch. It is really poor and registering movement. I have tried it alongside a Garmin watch for 3 months and undercounts steps by up to 40%. Really poor at picking up heart rate if you are exercising. Cycled earlier, hit 155bpm, ring recorded max of 135bpm I like the health stats on sleeping and stress, really detailed. Though ring randomly doesn’t record any sleep stats about 1-2 days a month. I bought because I didn’t want to wear sports watch all the time when I have other decent watches, and ring is unobtrusive. But I wouldn’t recommend if you are sporty like me, fine if you just want to record sleep/stress

This ring is brilliant! I wanted to track my sleep specifically and tried using my watch, but didn't like wearing it in bed as it was heavy and I noticed that if I woke up in the night, I would check messages. The ring is light and easy to wear; I don't even notice that it's on and rather than just wearing it at night, which was my original intention, I have been wearing it all day, every day. The app shows me the sleep data I wanted and lots of other things that I wasn't expecting like when to stop drinking caffeine and the best time to get some exercise and sunlight. I personally take it off to shower, but as it's waterproof, you don't need to and I usually put it on it's charger but it seems to have a long battery life on the option I'm using. I'm really pleased that I bought the ring and I'm looking forward to getting more information about my sleep so that I can work on and improve it.

I was stubborn for buying this ring as I read reviews on its many problems in fb groups. I really hoped that this will not be the case. After 3 months, the ring is now not charging. I haven’t had any accidents nor dropped it. I have contacted customer services 3 times but all my updates via chat has been ignored. I recieved a message to update the app however when you charge the ring, it won’t charge beyond 8%. The update requires 10% battery for an update to be effected. Despite complaining, my complaints have not been responded to.

Takes two weeks to calibrate but so far loving it. The sleep insights are great and the caffeine window very helpful. Easy to use and comfortable fit. Looks good on too -a bit chunky but with all the tech in it can understand. Look forward to more insights.
