The advertised ‘immune boosting’ and ‘stress relieving’ effects are just empty words, not only did I not feel any energy boost after eating it, but I had a stomach ache and nausea instead. The so-called ‘natural honey flavour’ is so sweet that it's snoozy, and the aftertaste has a strange herbal bitterness, so every time I chew it, it's like I'm eating a chemical syrup.

Great cinnamon taste and so many benefits.
Only a week and these have made a difference in my energy and all wellbeing feeling. They taste great like a little cinnamon pie in the evening and only 2 cubes with so many benefits of all the different ingredients that are combined. Turmeric and ashwaganda included, so a great all over gummy.
