Vitamin D is sooo important!
I need to raise my vitamin D level. I was recommended this supplement and I’ve been very happy with it. I take one every morning. I’m not sure if it’s been raising my level as I don’t have bloodwork again for a few months. But I will definitely continue with this and hope it makes it higher!
