Large warmth area, quality.
Great neck and back heat pad, great Velcro on the front so it’s a nice fit. Helped my neck pain a lot. Has a great touch sensitive controls. Excellent quality.

Great for pain relief in my shoulder blades
This is wonderful. I have pain in my shoulder blades and this is the only thing that touches it. I used to have to wear a hot water bottle strapped to my back in a pair of leggings. My only grip with it and this is not to do with the product particularly is that I would like to move around and this is not portable but if the manufacturer makes a portable version, I’ll buy it too. If you have any pain in your back or shoulders, this is wonderful the fact that it’s weighted makes it perfect. Should this be lightweight? It would not have the same effect. I tried a couple of others and bought them at the same time and this was handsdown the best for my needs.

Huge, unwieldy and did not fit round neck at all. Also, might burn your house down!
This must be a product made for giants. I am a very short woman and this thing swamped me. Very uncomfortable and could not adjust it so that the bit that’s supposed to touch my neck did so. Absolutely pointless, especially as it did not heat my shoulders, only my back. Wish I had seen the reviews about this product starting fires BEFORE I purchased it. How is an unsafe product being allowed to be sold by Amazon, even as a third party? This product needs to be removed ASAP before someone dies.

Great idea but poorly made.
I really loved using this item. It’s great for applying heat to the back. However, the electrical connection to the pad itself became loose after just a month. So I cannot use it any longer due to safety concerns. This isn’t good enough for such a new item.
