I love the smell of this shampoo. It makes my hair super soft, and shiny, and even gives it volume where my other shampoos didn't. The fragrance doesn't last as long as I would like it to, but I still love the shampoo itself. No oiliness here.

I was really excited to try a vanilla shampoo as vanilla is my favorite scent. This didn't even have a hint of vanilla in it. It smells like dirt...literally it smells like potting soil. I did not care for the foam. I was expecting the consistency of a good foaming hand soap. This product felt like I was washing my hair with just soap suds. It came out of the bottle as suds. I had to pump out so much just to feel like any shampoo was getting into my hair. This product is a total failure, in my opinion. As far as it being volumizing...I didn't notice any extra volume in my hair. This shampoo really dried my out and I even used the vanilla oat milk conditioner with it. Save your money.

I loved the old Vegan Silk line. It was very lightly vanilla scented and my hair loved the formula. I was very sad when it was discontinued. I was really hoping this would be a repackage of that line. It's not. Good cleansing power and a nice slippery conditioner - but it smells bad. Very bitter and vegetal. The foaming pump is terrible - you will get a hand cramp and drop the bottle on your toes. What's with the garbage AI images used in the marketing? Look at the unicorn' leg. Very disappointing seeing this slop from a "conscious" beauty brand.

As always, Pacifica does not let you down. Gives hair volume and has a very slight scent that is very pleasant and isn’t too bothersome to somebody who has fragrance sensitivity.

Lightly scented with a nice lather that rinses clean. However, I’m a bit disappointed in the foaming action and how it comes out of the nozzle—it’s too watery. I’d prefer a thicker, fluffier foam. Because of that, the product tends to run down the side when I try to pump it one-handed, which is a waste of product. I found myself holding the bottle on its side, bracing it against my abdomen to get it to dispense properly, which is awkward with wet hands. In conclusion, I really like the shampoo itself—but not the way it’s dispensed.

Eh the foam makes it where you have to pump a lot. I have medium length hair. Smells good though

When I opened it and smelled this product I thought it was a fake. Until I did a bit of research and lots of people also mention the smell. It smells like week old cigarette. It removed the oil when I tried it out... But I kept being reminded of the dive bars I loved in my 20s.
