It takes too long to prepare (must heat water to add water to start and then cook on stovetop or in microwave and stovetop requires to bring to a boild and then simmer 7-8 minutes or so) and the pasta pieaces are still not soft enough. Best to go with a creamy chicken or tomato protein soup.

Smells wonderful! I would recommend that you use at least 9 oz of water instead of 7oz to compensate for how long you have to boil it. What worked for me is dumping the pack into boiling water, let it sit for 5 minutes. Then I put it in my Bullet Blender and blended it well. After that, I put it in a big soup cup, microwaved it for 3 minutes and let it cool a bit. Its a great sipping soup.
