Very solid and obvious high quality.

Great little kit to get you started! The steel tip darts are a great weight, and flights a bit of a challenge at times to keep attached. Bounce outs happen, but what do you expect when hitting the metal wire? Overall a very fun board to practice or play on, and for the price I’d buy it again if I needed or wanted to.

The board is fantastic. It may not be a Blade 6 but it is everything I need at my level. The 3 stars are for 2 reasons: 1. Although the darts are solid, the flights peel too easily when trying to slide them on to the shaft. The 4 parts of the end of the shaft (not sure what that part is called) itself does not spread open easily to slide the flights on. The combination of those 2 issues will have you wasting flights before you even start. 2. The oche came folded in multiple places include the top left corner so it does not stick properly. Both of these issues render the combo not worth while. Buy them all separate if you can. If you don’t mind these hang ups, then sure, it’s a decent deal.

What I learned, after the fact. I jumped into this purchase way too soon. As a novice, I should have researched this dartboard sooner. Unfortunately, I purchased this on the manufacturers global reputation. Mistake number two. What I found out. The vendors description on the board is incorrect. The description states that the board and precision-engineered darts are premium quality and tournament ready. While the set came well-packaged, the quality of the board is anything but. The equidistance around the circumference of the board is wonky, and not the same distance making it look out of round when hung on a wall/ backboard. The numbers are poorly cut and uneven on the board adding to the out of round profile and poor quality control. The casing around the board is an oxidized tin band with sheet metal screws making it look rough and unfinished. (Definitely, not a good look for a professional quality board). The instructions are poorly written and difficult to understand, confusing, with no logical sequence. A detailed step by step sequential diagram or exploded view sheet would have been helpful. The dart board connectors are cheap spring clips. I attempted to engineer it multiple ways and was unable to get it to lay flat and level against my custom built backboard. A roto-lock and leveling kit on this model would have been beneficial. About the darts; I have not used the board and no darts have penetrated the sisal so I have no comment about feel, flight, balance or bounce. The last and most important is the non-responsiveness of this manufacturer/ vendor (Nodor International) to my several request for comments sent from the manufacturers website and on Amazon. After I conducted my research I found very little information about the Masters Pro dart board on the internet and no mention of the manufacturers website leading me to believe the board is entry level and not a Pro board as described in the Amazon description. I do know, that this manufacturer has a large and positive 4.5 & 5 star rating on Reddit and other web-based media for its upper level Blade 6 series which further confirms my belief that the Masters Pro is a much less inferior quality board for those not serious about honing their skills in the art of dart throwing. Anyway, this one is on me- lessons learned. Do your homework first if you are serious about dart throwing and don’t believe everything you read. Sadly, I am sending this board back to the manufacturer and will research a Pro board and darts that will better benefit my learning and skill techniques.

Good quality gift, bought this for Christmas, and a stand, for our grandson. He loves it and learning maths, hand eye coordination and quality time with whom ever he's playing with, it will be coming camping with us to.
