Taste: While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor. Texture: The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective. Mixability: It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings. Side effects: I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!

I love Metamucil, four and one powdered fiber drink. If you feel constipated or haven’t gone number two for a while this will definitely help you. I also use this on a regular basis and it’s very good for you and cleans your body out quickly and efficiently. Once you mix it though you have to drink it within 30 seconds or it gets super thick and almost unbearable to drink. It takes a little bit of getting used to the taste but once you do, it goes down easy and the benefits are so numerous.

I've seen this for years and years and never tried it.... but now that I see the sugar-free version, I've been using it every day for two weeks and what a change! It actually tastes good and works as promised without gas and cramps I've had with other products. Will be a customer forever!

I've had constipation for years but after using this a week I'm starting to go regularly. You need to mix it and drink it quickly or it'll get thick. The taste is not bad, like oranges. There's not much of a sugar taste to it. The texture is a little gritty. The price is a little high but it works and that's what matters. It's easy on your stomach and no issues to digest. I would say it's good quality and worth the money. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Let me tell you!!!!! This has changed my life. For some reason my body can’t digest food properly. Even trying to eat healthier and working out 5 days a week. I couldn’t get my cholesterol down and my stools would get caught in my intestines. This has even taken down the inflammation in my intestines. I will post again in 3 months after my check up.
