Fantastic product. Took it WFH after reading the reviews..bathroom needs to be close by. 2 tablets at 3.00 pm ..definitely needed the loo by 11 .00 pm ..again 6.00 am.. Definitely works and been on the weight loss jab had left be constipated.. Advise is ..plan carefully your timing . Ensure bathroom available.. Drink plenty of water ..keep hydrated.. Yes stomach cramps are bearable..but pass with a bowel movement.. Feel lighter and stomach not bloated ... Definitely worth the purchase...

Whilst the monjaro is working great the side affect is unable to go to bathroom 2 tablets every day works great but be warned stay close by the bathroom these pills Definetly help get my steps in running to bathroom

So when I read the reviews a few worried me about how strong these would be. But as someone who has been regular for years and then nothing for 2 weeks and painfully constipated I was willing to try. Nothing else seems to have worked in that time. I have started with one tablet the first night the cramps were bad but I was able to go. Since then i have taken one tablet around 3pm to give me Relief at 6-7am the next morning. I have yet to move up to 2 tablets by day 5 but at the moment i am very pleased as to how it is working and not had any bad side effects. I drink lots of water with it which helps

Excellent for a good clean out. I use these every few months to support weight loss. I only take 1 per night though and that is enough to get a good effect. Don’t use if you have to leave the house before noon the next day.

Be careful, this stuff is very strong. It definitely works and works well but almost too well. I took just one tablet and it hit me like a laxative. I ended up with bad stomach cramps and spent the next couple of days emptying everything out, bad enough that I had to take time off work. I do feel much better after it’s done its job, but the process itself was not pleasant at all. If you do take it, I’d strongly recommend doing so on a day off, early in the morning, and be prepared for a rough evening. This is not something to take casually or before work.
