iT WAS DELIVERED BY AMAZON, JUST DROPPED OFF i PAID THE GUY WHO HAD THE MACINE TO BRING IT IN AND HOOK IT UP TO THE WATER, THERE WAS NO MANUAL TELLING ME HOW TO USE THE MACHINE, I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE THAT WASHED AND DRIED, THERE WERE ABOLUTELY NO MANUAL NO INSTRUCTIONS AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE IT IT TOOK HRS TO DO ONE LOAD AND THEY WERE STILL WET, I HAD TO UNPLUG IT FINALLY BECAUSE IT NEVER SHUT OFF AND AFTER 6 HRS I FINALLY UNPLUGGED IT, I 78 YRS OLD HAVE HAD THE TRADIONAL W AND D NEVER ANY PROBLEMS, I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS LITTLE MACHINE AND NOW DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO IF SOME ONE DOES NOT CONTACT ME, I AM SENDING IT BACK COD, I HAVE SHOPPED AMAZON FOR MANY MANY YEARS, I DO NOT WANT THIS MACHINE IF I CANNOT USE IT I WILL RETURN IT AND BUY LOCALLY. easy to set up. smaller than big family size of machines. But it's still heavy to make it move around. Machine runs very quiet and many choices of washing. still fining out dryer choices but it's working perfectly. this dryer may takes longer than regular vented dryer but still great working to me. 110V so that it is normal outlet. no vent required. it fits anywhere. 2.7cu is perfect size for 1-2 peeps. not for huge family. as long as you follow the direction; e.g, how much cloths inside, it works perfectly. quick wash choice is only 36min and great work. Dryer is 30-60-90 min choice and more. The hard time was for delivery. I paid extra for "room of choice service". but it was not good by unprofessional transferring from truck to my unit. also no communication at all for the delivery day from drivers and I needed to wait over 6hs for this service. this service is not worth it to pay for it. since my washer machine is located right next entrance door. overall, I am happy with this very energy efficient machine.

Bought this washer and dryer combo for a Skoolie bus buildout. The washer work really well and meets our expectations. The dryer does dry the clothes but it takes a long time to dry. Also the dryer seems to use more water to dry clothes than to wash them. This is an issue when you have to replenish water like we do in the Skoolie. Might not be an issue if you install in your house.

Make sure to follow the instructions. If you don't follow them closely, don't be surprised if your washer decides to do the docido down your hallway. Now that everything is properly leveled, unit runs great! 3 washes in with no issues.

i arrived at my door, but have to cancel because Amazon installation service doesnt inclue second floor service. i dont know the machine quality but checked in store once, looks good.

I purchased this washer and dryer in January and had it installed in February. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The dryer takes over eight hours to dry just one T-shirt, which is completely unacceptable. I reached out to Amazon for help, and they referred me to the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer, who asked for the receipt, a photo of the front and back of the machine, and the model number—all of which I provided promptly. However, their response was disappointing. They told me that they couldn’t do anything because the issue was not covered under their warranty and that it had something to do with customer service, which they had no control over. They also suggested I buy an exhaust part for the machine, claiming it might solve the problem. I told them that I was willing to purchase the exhaust part if necessary, but I was concerned that it might not fix the problem. They told me there was nothing more they could do if it didn’t work. The machine has only been used two or three times, and it’s likely going to be thrown away because it doesn’t function as it should. This is truly unreal and disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. If I could, I would give this machine zero stars. I would not recommend this washer and dryer to anyone.
