How do you handle WARRANTY when the manufacturer website(Levoit website says Domain not claim), emails and phone numbers are not working?

No, it is different with levoit plasmapro 400, sold at lowe's. The main difference is that the one sold at Lowe's has plasma function and the amazon one doesn't.

Does this product remove weed odor? I want to smoke in my apartment but don’t want the smell to go to any neighbors

You have to select the highest setting. It could take about an hour before the air is clean. In my home we smoke in one room, with the machine and stay put until the air is clean. We also use a cozy at the bottom of the door to keep smoke and odor from seeking out. Although I indulge and its legal in my state, I do not want my home smelling like a cannabis club. The above methods work for us but we also are not heavy smokers.
